The Show
Girls Girls Girls is the nation's only all-female musical improv troupe. Their specialty is creating longform improvised musicals, like what you might see on Broadway, from a single audience suggestion. The Girls and their live musicians make up the songs, dances, characters, and stories all on the spot to create one complete story.
GGG has been performing since 2000, and is currently comprised of 7 of Austin's finest improvisers. They strive to present shows that have entertaining, comedic stories and clearly recognizable musical theater elements, such as emotive singing and "choreographed" dancing. The live music provided by any configuration of their musicians-in-waiting adds a great vibe to a show that people will be talking about for a long time.
The Cast
The Girls have sold out shows in a myriad of venues all throughout their hometown of Austin. They were awarded "Best of the Week" Honors at FronteraFest in 2006 and 2007 and have taken the show on the road to national improv festivals. Members of Girls have performed in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and even China. These girls are veterans of the improviser's stage and their show will blow you away.
